Umami is hands down the best Asian food in Miami. The food is very, very good & worth every penny. Luis is the best server there, ask for him. I've tried different things & never a disappointment.

service is a bit slow, but the food is worth the wait. come here to relax, not eat in a rush. Also bartenders are great.

Not sure what Teresa standards are but this place is pretty good. Service is slow but friendly , food is very good specially the fried rice , and the bar service is great.

The food and service were great! It could get a little slow when crowded ; but the quality/price of the food worth it!The Ton Katsu Dom deluxe was great!

The food is decent. I had the lobster and steak , Everything has tons of butter in it. The show for the hibachi was just ok. The service was extremely slow. I would say eat somewhere else.

Umami Dynamite Roll is out of this world, I get it every single time...it will not disappoint, . If it does, hate me forever.

Fantastic food.... But Have to pick miso soup or salad for hibachi they don't give u both!!

It's ok they put too much rice on the rainbow roll ! Also they like to leave slabs of salmon on top of to go boxes.. I don't know of that's sanitary! Overall 2 stars.

The cook didn't speak to anyone at the table. Service was not great. The food was just ok a bit flavorless. I would prefer Benihana or Samurai for sure. Been here before and was not this bad.

Cheap decent lunches but service is not good.

The food here is so-so and not worth the money. My first tip that the sushi would be no good was no Asians at the sushi prep area only Latin chefs . I won't be back here.
