This place is surprisingly good. Tons of parking , very good staff , good and free wi-fi, and even the cliche hotel burger was good from the restaurant .
Great value room, but boy do they make up for it with their bar and restaurant prices. Over £8.00 for a glass of white wine .
My tip would be to ignore some of the other comments about the food and try it for yourself. Ive always been impressed with the quality, although as with most hotels it's not the best value

Sampan restaurant is lovely!
No free wifi unless gold plus. Greedy hotel , small rooms, rubbish tv selection. Wouldn't stay here. Food great but felt like flowers after being cheated on.

Among the worst service I ever got was at the hotel restaurant .
I recommend this hotel for the big parking area, the friendly staff and the free spa facilities. We spent only a night there. It's well located if you want to explore South Wales and South West by car - Dimitra
