The customer service here is sometimes good and sometimes not so much, but they're pricing is sometimes not as competitive as they could be.

Don't fall for the extra services they try to tag onto buying electronics , it's a waste of money, get what you came in for and don't let them brain wash you into more things.

Going here is a good idea only if you already know what you want to get. If you're going to need assistance , go to another location instead. The customer service here is below average.

#WorstBuy refused return defective product 4 days after I bought. Galaxy tab 10.1 was factory Defective. Sales manager Matt D. refuse to return it - is a known factory problem called "Newton Rings"
