After being in The US for more than 2 years, Afrah has the best chicken shawarma , and the most similar-in-taste chicken shawarma to those in Saudi Arabia. They serve Ice Cream , and Arabic desserts .
Great for large groups (20+ people) as there is a ton of seating area. Lots of options for food, including many tasty vegetarian choices . A bit pricey , but everyone can agree on Afrah for lunch .
This restaurants is one among the best middle eastern food I've tried outside of the Middle East. I've tried the shish tawook with hummus , Basmati white rice , and Fattoush salad . They all taste good.
I’m not generally a buffet guy, but this place is solid. Good options that are kept fresh and stocked. Love the hummus here.
Chicken shawarma grilled on the spit comes out a little on the dry side but there's a garlic and tahini sauce to balance it out. Portions are large. Bread is soft and yummy. I'll be back. Enjoy!
Sitting outside during nice weather is perfect but beware- many go for hookah as well . It doesn't take away from the amazing food but be prepared for that environment!
A great place to dine in from time to time and taste the verity of Arabic food..They have a daily buffet . However, I rather to order a dish cuz it tastes better! it's awesome in the weekend..
Come hungry, leave satisfied, and eat happily. I was not expecting to have moussaka nor kafta balls but I couldn’t scoop them fast enough!
Great way to sample Afrah's food is via their M-F buffet . All the schwarma plates are excellent!
I love their falafel sandwiches and plates, hummus , and babaganoush . Their pita bread is also fantastic, as well as their gelato .
Usually don't like salads , but here the Greek salad is a MUST! Don't forget to try the hummus and the baklavas !! :3
If its nice out, try to sit outside. Pros= The food is the best Arabic in town by far. I love the hummus and chicken shwarma . Cons= the bathrooms are never clean . The service is horrible.
The food is very good and at a really great price. This is a really good value for lunch .
Worth the trip for the Akkawi pie alone. But it's all good. And of course there's Shawarma . And gelato .
Great food and some of the best middle-eastern food in the Dallas Area for sure. It has a family enviornment for everyone no matter what you are.
Their Chocolate Mousse made my list of "30 Days of the Best Foods in Dallas" at http://bit.ly/NI3fU6.
Wonderful Lebanese food ! Try the markouk shawarma for a fun change, it has whole wheat bread .
I always order lamb kabob and hummus . I don't recommend the lunch buffet .
Everything I tried was great. The best hummus around DFW and the chocolate mousse ...unbelievable!!!
The akkawi pie is amazing! Soft and creamy and buttery, it's the best!!
The buffet here is the best ch oice for your first visit to explore all the different items from the #Mediterranean.
One of the best Mediterranean/Lebanese restaurants in the country .
Go for the lamp Kabab
Everything is perfect - hummus , falafel , dolmas . Do not forget to save room for guava gelato !
Akkawi cheese pie is a must try. All the grilled meats are good here.
Beef shawarma is amazing! The best I've had so far
lamb kebab plate and salads are off the chain..Do it..Super nice people..
The mixed grilled was delicious, but honestly the shawarma wasn't tasty, stuff were nice
Make sure you try the Afrah sampler. An assortment of all the classics. Perfect for sharing.
Loads of food on the buffet , but the food was was not very warm . Seemed nice but was over powering . The place is big and has hookahs also. Overall a ok experience and expensive buffet .
Gyros plate is my FAVORITE! Their Greek salad is delish as well !
Excellent place and service. They also have hookah . The lamb kabob is great!
Went with a girlfriend during lunch and had the best food! The staff was super friendly !
New location is huge. Tasty Kafta kabobs .
The pastries are fun and hookahs available too
The lunch buffet is amazing! No complaints. Definitely coming back!
The lunch buffet is great value and everything is delicious.
Try the pistachio baklava ! And take some to go to have at home later! Delicious!
Looks a bit like a cafeteria inside but the waiter was funny and helpful and the prices of most items are low.
Best hookah place in town ...delicious Lebanese food
Best Arabian food in Dallas by far. Try the Shawarma and finish off with the brown Kanafeh.
