If you try the Rucola pizza , you dont be regret and of course with the roze wine

Biggest Vapiano in Berlin so far. They speak more English than the one in Hauptbahnhof. It's so big that I even overheard that you can plan an event for up to 20 people!

The food was pretty good, nothing to write home about, but took AGES to order and receive. I've been to one Vapiano's before, and it was waaaay busier, yet we got our food in no time. Huge turn-off.

Nice italien. Delicious pizza and other type of italien foods.

Lively place with one of the best pastas in town ... Sometimes the queues are long though..but totally worth waiting...

try the pasta pomodoro with mozarella and garlic .

Fine pizza . Ordering was fun. At the beginning I felt lost but waiters were friendly and polite so our visit ended well .

I've always enjoyed this concept. The food is fresh and the cooks are nice.

I love the place, but don't complain if you have to wait long, sit uncomfortable or have difficulty finding a seat...

You'll have to wait a big queues. It's a "do it yourself service". Order, wait, and pick the food when it's ready. Expensive when you are your own waiter .

Good restaurant , but to get organised to get a full meal, can be complicated!

Unfortunatly totaly disaster, 30 min long you are trying to order yr request and after 30 min you have to wait preparing of ur orders too. Sorry but nobady can wait more than one hour to eat someyhng.

The food was really good as in every Vapiano, but the service was awful. It was overcrowded and still there was not enough staff . And at end it took me around 10 to pay at the cash-desk.

We were completely disappointed. Huge line for ordering, almost 30 min. Pasta rate ZERO comparing to Belgrade Vapiano. it was like you are eating paper. ..nothing worth to mention as good.

It seems that the cook making gluten-free salad knows about gluten-free food only that there is such word in a separate gluten-free menu... Very disappointing and misleading.

Disgusting pasta for €10+, which is not cheap for Berlin. Boil some pasta and throw ketchup on top... honestly you'll be better off. Someone please erase my memory 🤐

Pretty cool concept, nice food, very reasonable price, but very loud and crowded . Weird staff , but doesn´t mater, cause you´re not so much in cotact.

I have to say that their pasta probably it's the most horrible I ever had! Pasta it's overcooked, the sauce is tasteless. So if you don't want to waste your money and time avoid this place.

Not the greatest fan of vapiano. The pasta itself is great but there's always something wrong - either they mess up your order or serve something not that fresh.

A chain restaurant , so not to expect too much. But the pasta is good!

Worst Vapiano I've ever tried. Completely disorganized staff . Long lines . Had to wait 30 minutes to order. I genuinely wonder whether the staff had any training . Food was mostly good.

Try "carbonara salmon"pasta

Self service, we just had coffee , but not a very good one. Feels like eating in a grocery store .

Not the calzone - never seen one with such little filling

Pasta was undercooked, sauces seemed to be prepared from canned products. Pizza was edible.

A place for people who want to stand in line 30 minutes to get some food.

Do not be hungry, it will take you 60 minutes to prepare your meal ;(

Food is delicious but WORST and most rude staff I've ever seen! Don't go there if you're hungry, you'll probably die out of starvation waiting in line just to order.

Very long waiting time, food was good but nothing special. Also a bit of luck is needed to even get a table.
