The restaurant is great. Gastronomic food with very fine wines available - a large choice. The view on the kitchen gives a great ambiance for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends.
Pork Chop , Salmon with Béarnaise sauce , Escargots are some of the delights you may have there.
I think it is the best hotel in Lausanne . I like it
