Rooms are spacious . Staff is very friendly , helpful and respectful. Gave us an upgrade in a nice room with balcony overlooking scenic Istanbul. Tram line is 10 minutes walk. Nice breakfast
Clean room , if you need a teapot in room, ask reception, free wifi , no business center , difficult to print documents, keep map with you when go out, many taxi drivers don't know location of this hotel
Nice hotel , good staffs , decent room size, nice bathroom with small design issue, a bit far from tram/bus and tourist attraction , not to crowded & busy. No tea maker, no commplimentary water
Try the foam massage ; it's really relaxing. If you need to unwind, there's a bar here offering live music .
It was great experience, Sometimes playing piano in the lobby.
