The following day I went back to red robin and was charged twice for the side item I never received, they didn't offer anything for the inconvenience they cause.
The worst service I’ve had in a long time. Waitress never once came to check on us. Took 15 minutes to take our drink order. 30 minutes to get our check. And they were not very busy.
