The experience of a business lunch in this hotel is like being in Blackpool in the middle of January. I met five star staff in the occasion. Kudos to that. I had fantastic macaroni with octopus .
Beautiful lobby, big bar , very well decorated, but when it comes to A/C in Italy, I don't think they've discovered this technology here yet.
Nice hotel , Highlight is the SPA area. Unfortunately too many Little fails / no Good Service / room Not clean enough for 4*.
Pretentious place, 25 minutes from city center ( horrible location ) restaurant food ok, small rooms. Great breakfast and young staff .

Davvero curato e con ottimi servizi, più adatto al business che al turismo : l'atmosfera non é proprio da Alto Adige. Per me che viaggio per lavoro é tappa obbligata!
Las instalaciones, el personal y el servicio muy buenos. Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero se nos inundó el baño cuando me duché 😳. Llamamos y nos cambiaron inmediatamente de habitación 😊
