The proximity of the ocean. We are close..and the views are the kind you just look at and marvel. Restrooms , showers all good..enjoyed it all. Feel lucky to be here.
You can drink on the beach and you won't get busted for it like every other beach in so cal. It's legal!!

Watch out for those 2-3 guys who...if they don't know you - give ya da stink-eye! I think they own that part of the Pacific Ocean....I'll have to look into that? Enjoy
