My favorite bookstore in the UES. Such a hidden gem , this divine little bilingual bookstore is located inside the French Consulate. Wonderful selection of French literature books in English

A hidden gem .. A beautiful French bookstore in the heart of New York! Got a chance to get in because a friend had a membership but it was absolutely worth it, hard to believe this isn’t in France♥️

It is hard to believe they were build inside of France gov office . And allow non member entrance, in such a quiet , usually only member club style aura. However, most books were in French. Facepalm..
