Funky, casual , friendly , cheap Rock'n'roll joint in the basement .
Came for Happy Hour at 9:30 PM (15 RMB draft beer ), and they said they were out of beer . No offer of replacement beer , only regular priced selections. Sounds like bait and switch scam to me.
very close to DADA but much emptier and less fun
