The Apple Store is awesome. Definitely make an appointment in advance if you can.The Genius Bar is fantastic and they can help you with any questions or problems that you have.

Check in using one of the iPads mounted to the tables. That pings every sales person to let them know you're there. It saves having to fight for someone's attention, but you may still wait forever.

When you arrive, if its busy check in with one of the employees holding an iPad . This reserves you a spot for a specialist to talk to you; its the best way to be seen in the order you arrived! :)

To all the people complaining about showing up at the Apple Store and waiting hours for an appointment, make a reservation at their website or through the Apple Store app . Its not rocket science.

VERY knowledgeable and friendly service ! Even if they can fix ur product, they will FULLY inform u on how it can be fixed! High-end and on the cheap end, they will let u know.

Before you make a purchase, call your bank and make sure of your daily spending limit. If it's not high enough, your card will be frozen for the remainder of the day. (personal experience)

Good service , have been a few times for help and found them to be timely even when the shop is busy & have fixed my issues quickly.

Make sure you GET SOMEONE'S ATTENTION if you have a Genius Bar appointment ...and make sure you are there within 5 minutes of your appointment or they will cancel it!

Great customer service, even when they are always packed.

Genius bar appointment started 15 minutes behind. 40 minutes later, I leave the store with a new trackpad for my Mac. No charge. Very happy :)

Call the apple care number as they will actually replace your broken products covered by warranty instead of play games causing multiple trips.

Always had amazing turnaround for their repairs. One time I needed a pretty major repair, they were done within an hour.
