Despite its antiquated look, this check-in area works though you can expect narrow walkways crowded with plenty of passengers. Often VERY long lines at the SWISS/Miles & More counters, esp. Economy.

Good airport but if you are flying back from skiing I recommend going straight through to security as the queues build to insane levels

Bring home some of Switzerland's best dark choc truffles Sprüngli's "Cru Sauvage"

If you have family or are Pregnant goto Family security. Its 15 times quicker

navigation around airport is nonexistent as well as sockets inside to charge a phone. not really attentive staff in canteens
