There're quite a few similar rooftop bars in Dubai, but The Terrace is a particularly better one with a chilled out ambiance, sharp service, decent food, drinks and shisha surrounded by eclectic music
Shisha is great, tip the shisha maker to change it for you instead of billing you again.
A huge terrace with excellent setting and menu. If only they do not close at 1 a.m. it would have made much more sense :/
