I have stayed here 7 times, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and nice.The rooms are very clean , and the WIFI works great !
When your hungry, be sure to check out our Pavillion Pantry! We have microwaveable foods, Ben & Jerry's, Adult beverages and most sundries you might have left at home...not to mention HOT POCKETS!!!!
Remember: If your bed is too firm, adjust your dial at the head of the bed. It is an air baffeled dial system allowing you to "Choose your Snooze". Always call the FD if you think there is a problem
Love the outdoor hot tub . Staff is pleasant and although food is slow it's good. This is my third stay at this hotel
Great lobby area. $2 draft beer and half price appetizers for happy hour .
Both Mountain View rooms and Creekside rooms are great. Don't worry, be happy.
The food and beverage here is too notch. And the staff overall just awesome.
When making your reservation , always ask for the FB or Twitter rate. Many times there are specials offered on social networking that others cant access!

Most times in peak season, our hotel is sold out. Any delays in room cleaning is not intentional, just a human error. Appologies and wishes for yorru return!!

Very nice but our room wasn't cleaned when we arrived and had to leave for housekeeping to clean it when they told us at check in it was ready
Front desk staff was not attentive - they ignored me when I tried to check out and were irritated that I interrupted their conversation when I checked in. Also, the room was not clean .

Dog friendly patio! We enjoyed our pizza & drinks on the patio outside. It was a little cold, but we appreciated an outdoor space for the dog to join us! HOWEVER, the vegan cheese wasn’t my favorite.. - Rachael Lee
