Had the black bean El Matador burger (love how there was a vegan cheese option!) and out of this world fries . Dessert was the insanely delicious vegan carrot cake which I'll be dreaming about forever.
I've been to the one in Astoria and loved it so I'm super pumped to have one here on Long Island . Parking sucks, but that's to be expected in RVC.
