This is THE national museum to World War I, not just some little thing KC put together. It's an incredible experience that you should not miss out on. Plan on 3 hours minimum and worth every second.
Best museum I've been to in a long time. Leave plenty of time to go through everything - it had been 4 hours before I knew it! Extremely well done and informative.
Beautifully designed and curated museum . Interactive exhibits , personal details, and powerful film experience. Nice work KC. 1/2 price admission on all national holiday Mondays.
The officially recognized national WW1 museum . Well laid out and interesting info. If you hurry can see it all in about an hour. The video is helpful for context. Good collection of weapons.
Buying tix to museum also includes tix to go up memorial tower . ASK 4 STUDENT DISCOUNT (student ID req'd). LOVED THE MUSEUM ! Spent 3 hours walking around and reading all the interesting things.
This is a must see. Not only is it the National Memorial and Museum for WWI, the museum is extremely well done. You can spend hours learning and going back in time.
Incredible amount of information. The ticket is good for two days and I would suggest availing yourself of both to avoid complete mental overload. Dozens of pristine artifacts , well worth the price
A fascinating journey through a devastating event in history. The Great War ripped Europe apart , defined the horrors of modern warfare, & set the stage for the rise of Fascism.
Take advantage of a sunset and the opportunity to pay your respects to those who have given their lives for our freedom. Happens for a week each June!
This is a great museum . Currently the tower is closed for repair. Your ticket is good for two visits, which is great because I wasn't able to take it all in on my first trip.
Worth the money! $12 student ticket. Interactive exhibits , films and really friendly staff .
A stunning museum , truly world class . The objects are displayed beautifully and to their most affect. Also the layout and chronological flow of the museum is wonderful and powerful.

The National WWI Museum is an amazing interactive experience. I'm completely blown away by the level of detail and attention to creating an immersive history lesson.
A most wonderful experience. Relaying WWI and WWI technology/tactics in all its reality. Weapons, Maps and dioramas. The gift shop was good as was the snack shop.
Great Experience, loved the timeline walls, the interactive portions, and the physical reminders of what war was like at that time.
I can see why this museum ends up #1 on several travel surveys of must see attractions in KC, totally worth seeing!
The display is well done. Lots of artifacts . The monument above has quite a view .
Not just your average museum . Thid place is a top notch multi million dollar display. Well worth the entrance fee to keep this running for future generations.
