Thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance. Takes one back to the industrial era. There is a good variety of brews on tap . The food is soulful. Good spot to watch sport and sip beers .
Great Portuguese restaurant and the best fillet steak I've ever tasted - had it twice just to be sure! Keen to try the prawns in spicy beer sauce but they keep running out.
Lunch crowd shows that Troyville still has a lot of business in the area. The industrial heritage lives on.
If you come on a Sunday they do a great sardine braai. Failing that the prawn curry is delicious. Be warned it is hot.
Missed out on the prawns in spicy beer sauce again - got given a wrong order of seafood hotpot instead - one of the best mistakes ever' Delicioso!
Great prawns and chicken
Chicken Livers and a great spot to watch sport with a cold beer
Yummy yummy food but beware the chili condiment (and this from a chili lover)
Beers selection , soulful food , ambiance...
Every beef or seafood related meal is good.
