Oval Space

We had our company event there. Great venue, quite different from usual places. 1 improvement is the coffee . The coffee served was horrid!

Venue for events , gigs and parties. I love the terrace with the view on the round skeleton structure of the gas holder. So industrial. Very relaxed crowd too.

Best East London secret music venue . Completely in love with it. Hope it lasts many many years.

Views from the terrace are urban and interesting. Venue is well serviced by bus and overground.

I've been to many gigs here, well managed and there's a lot of outdoor space to chill which is often hard to come by in London.

Brilliantly located, though very simple venue. Cloakroom’s location boggles one mind.

Come a bit earlier and hang out in the little bar upstairs. Cool venue, there's always room at the side of the stage if you arrive late.

Good venue in the summer, the patio with the bbq and bar is great!

Went to see Mystery Jets at Hackney Wonderland. Venue is nice, but beer is expensive (5£ per can of Frontier!) and the room was very warm and damp!

Terrace garden is great. Internal space feels a bit like a church hall but the sound system is fantastic so you soon forget that.

Great venue with good lighting - important for those sets leaning more on the side of DJ .

Banging club. Great acts. Over zealous bouncers inside so be subtle chaps.

I really don't know but what I know is that de security team is so rude and they speak with people as if they were animals. Really upset!

Acoustically poor layout of the venue, below average sound system , unimaginative drinks menu and expensive entrance. The only upside is the terrace with the view , but that doesn't help.

Amazing terrace

The sound is abysmal. Had hoped it would improve, but after a half dozen gigs here I won't be going back. Shame as they get in good acts.
