I love this place. The employees here are really motivating and so nice. You get to personally know a lot of people including the workers.
Inverted leg press only has one bar on each side for plates. Very very small area for free weights. So many machines including cardio , but lacks rowing (cardio ) machine.
If you plan on tanning , Bring something to clean the bed! NYS requires the employees to clean them now so they don't have cleaner in the room anymore. THEY ARE NEVER CLEAN !!
Friendly staff and lots of equipment!
I'm not usually one to complain, but my last few visits here, have been awful. I am currently standing at the counter and have been for 10 minutes with no employee in sight! Ridiculous!
