Probably the best yam Cha in this side of Perth . A must try. Pls come early to avoid queues as it gets really really reallllllly bz..yes! It's that good!

Dim sum ! Huge prawns , generous portions , very well seasoned food , much better than their 1st outlet in Northbridge
