Kept clean . Plenty cardio machines. Dedicated areas for circuit training and abs...but people kind of hog the machines and ignore the rules ????
Don't go during the morning or evening "rush hour" It gets crowded . With that being said, its still a great gym . People are nice, the equipment is fantastic, and its a welcoming environment
A very nice gym , clean bathrooms , locker room , & exercise equipment. The people that work here are very helpful. An at $10. month and $29. ea. October 1st, you can beat this. I think I'm in love. :)
This place is great at midnight. Totally empty. Get on whatever you want for as long as you want.
You get what you pay for....but being able to work out whenever you want to works out for an insomniac like me.
The Lunk Head alarm can be heard more than usual at this location. Meatheads need to calm down--it's not that serious. #FocusPowah
This place is great! If u can afford the Black card membership u can get massages and hydrotherapy!
Late nights (post 10pm) on weekdays or 10a-4p are optimal. Unfortunately with prices so low, this is also is shrinking.

After 9pm is great, early a.m. like 5/6 us perfect
It's okay to have your butt hanging out. But totally unacceptable to wear a string tank top. What?!?
