Shopped for an hour in a store I don't usually like going in!! But it wasn't bad at all today!! Very helpful at the register and was sooo patient with me!! And a BIG plus...I LOVE PRICE MATCHING!! :-)

Roberto the store manager is very nice and legitimately wants to make sure everyone is taken care of and leaves happy!

Roger Is the best manager there. Great person, very smart, and helpful. If need something, ask for him ;)

They charge you 99$ for their insurance and service so what ever u buy cell phone wise add 100 to it!

Products are very unorganized and most the employees don't know the products.

Do not bother going here to buy a cd. Their music section is super unorganized and they do not keep their new music stocked.

Terrible Service from Diane and Poor manager Roger , wouldn't even pick up the phone as I waited 30 minutes. Then Diane took a message and Roger never called me back.
