They always have some special promotions which provide very competitive prices. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. They intend to explain everything before you buy.

The customer service is appalling. When I requested for help, the promoters didn't bother moving. They gathered in small groups chatted away.

If you're looking for something, ask for Chong. He's friendly and very knowledgable on white goods.

Warranty are out. You are better off buying cheaper online.These people don't keep their end of warranty with all the fine prints and they just pass you along to tmt.Twice I have received broken goods

Prices are not fixed!! You can actually bargain especially of you are buying high ticket items or several items, like TV & DVD player!

Poor display and poor selection choices. Could have been better like the early days in Ikano Power Centre or back in home soil Australia!
