The cardio equipment is all rusted out and falling apart , but they have some dumbbells and a pull-up area. Still better than nothing, but I’ll probably just go for a run tomorrow.

They have sneakers & workout gear for you to use if you forgot to pack.

Very nice set up for a hotel gym .. Quality equipment and plenty of options including newer things

if you forget headphones, they provide pre-packaged ones @ the entrance right next to the refrigerated towels.

Great gym . Wonderful lap pool . Sauna to soothe the muscles .
