Cobb Village 12 Cinemas

Everything is amazing here too! Just moved to Leesburg and took my son here.. Food, snacks , alcohol , etc. Seating is great, roomy , and super comfy !

Cool concept ...facility is awesome...the moving d-box seats will be cool when installed...4 1st visit food service was mediocre 4 price point ...staffing 2 low 2 keep public space from looking trashd

This is our go-to theatre. The new reclining larger seats are wonderful! Can’t wait until they add the new theatres. 🙌🏾

For the price, the Regal Cinema at Dulles Town Center is better.That Regal has fully reclining seats, better sound. Yes, Cobb has better menu and a bar , but I'm going to see a movie , not go to a bar .

If you want just a nibble from the concession stand, the senior combo (a kids' pack without the toy ) gives you a mini popcorn , fruit snacks , and a 12 ounce drink for under $5.

You get to have a cocktail and popcorn while watching a movie . What's not to love about it?

Its great that this is one of the only theaters in the area that allows Open Carry. Thanks for respecting our rights! :)

The seats in the regular theaters are better than the reserved theaters. They rock a little. This is by far my favorite theater to go to.

Love the location and the facilities! Food and drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic , Ice Cream and all the movie goer snacks ! Plus a movie ! Great!

There's nothing better for team unity than going to the movies ! USTMA athletes regularly go as a team to the box office-especially if it's martial arts action!

Grab yourself a drink like a Long Island Ice Tea and/or a marinated chicken sandwich while you're at it... All while you're watching a movie .

One of the things we do to make sure we get tickets is buy in advance--you can do this up to 14 days early. Great for groups .

Not the most appealing place for those with mobility issues. Distance from parking lot , escalators, ramps etc. to get to auditorium . I'd choose another theater showing the same movie .

Theaters 1, 2 & 3 have reserved seating so you don't have to arrive early for the show for a good seat!

I like it it's a nice place if you want to watch a movie

For action movies , D-Box seating is well worth the extra price.

Ok pizza @ Regal Cinemas is better...not that you are going for the pizza ...but on the second visit had hoped it would be better
