Effing awesome food and service here, though I notice the bad reviews are from some time ago. Plus, they have rhe magic shrimp sauce like Sapporo !

Reservations help, but you can usually get in if you can stand a short wait . Love the atmosphere. And the noodles with the hibachi meals = win!

Best Teppanyaki showmanship that I have seen around Pittsburgh. Food similar to all the others, but good. Service average to poor. But go for the Chefs . You will have a good time.

Try the rainbow roll or the saga roll. Sashimi is great. Also have have appetizers at the bar is a great way to kick off happy hour

Service is horrible. We had to pre bus our own plates. The chef was amazing though. We tipped him on the side 35% and tipped our server 10% Will not be going back.

I got food poisoning from there tonight. It's usually really good but tonight my food must have been tainted.

The first time we ate here it was stellar. This time there was a bug in my companion's sushi and a bug in my cocktail . Very disappointing.

Last few times here have been so bad. The food is as good as always, but the table planning is awful.

They give you hard time on the dining deal certificates $25 for 50. They say you can only use one. Lame!

Go to ichiban ! The shrimp sauce is missing something, the steak tastes like hamburger , everything is bland. If u like ichiban u will be highly dissatisfied with saga.

waited 35 mins for our 'reservation '. all aspects of cust svc were SO BAD.. table was freezing cold, drinx took 20 mins...&Mngmt actually dropped F bombs when we asked 2 have meals comped-stay away!!!

The sushi was immense. Not really Japanese, but adequate for halfway around the world, I guess.

Hope you don't expect to be treated well by the hostesses because that doesn't happen here.

The chefs are great, but the service is poor. I'd suggest heading to Ichiban instead.
