Downsizing has caused them to not carry a full selection
Poorest excuse for customer service I've seen in quite some time. Even reported it to the person standing by the registers as I left and all she said was "ok thanks".

If you're looking for a Nikon camera in Wichita, this or the other Best Buys around town are your only shot.
Think twice before purchasing Geek Squad's Tech Support (protection)... it does not cover most repairs. ...store manager, expects me to pay $259. ...all for a BROKEN machine! X-(

Worst restroom I have used in quite a while....TIP to best buy: Restroom Matter!
Service was terrible tonight! Employees were to busy talking to friends. The store was a total mess! Stick to the Best Buy out west.
Don't buy anything with fish or frog in the name.
