Senseiviche, Torched Salmon Belly , Tuna Tartare ! The senseiviche is the best ceviche I've tried. So refreshing! I'm from Makati, but I'd go all the way to Aguirre for this. Crave worthy.

Try the half baked chocolate cake but make sure to order it before you start eating your meal as it takes about 20 mins to prepare. It's basically molten lava cake but the center is not so gooey. Yum!

This place is way better than the overrated yushoken. Best tantan men in the south, good sashimi , sisig taco is awesome, spicy tuna salad as well . Interesting fusion of Mexican and jap.

Crispy Philly is definitely a must try! Waay better than Omakase 's American Dream and their seafood truffle pasta will blow your mind. Chef Bruce is a culinary genius. Idol

Super worth the drive from Makati! Our faves were the items on their seasonal menu - lapu ceviche and the spicy tuna salad . Even the seafood ramen was surprisingly good!

Undoubtedly one of the best Japanese restaurants out there. However, their service needs a lot of work. I've been there several times but there hasn't been any improvement on it.

Food's great! Got the Tijuana Maki , Wagyu Beef and Uni Tempura . So many more sushis to choose from! Will probably go back again 😛

excellent food. but pricey . parking on the street is a challenge during peak hours (lucky if you can park in front). friendly staff .

The Grilled steak was a bit tough but aside from that, the sauce was spot on and i highly recommend it.

The least "sulit" plate on our table was easily the best: Gindara with a wasabi-mustard (?) dressing . For a tummy-filler, the chicken popcorn is quite satisfying and cheap .

The seared salmon belly sushi is highly sophisticated and recommended!

You'll never know just by looking at it but they have GREAT FOOD!! Try their seafood ramen and spicy tuna maki . Going back to try other offerings. =)

Definitely take advantage of the fact that the executive chef loves doing degustations . The bar is reserved solely for this purpose.

Most of the food here is great but avoid the ebi tempura . All the pieces we got had the prawn 's head still in there, and a lot of the skin. Every single piece, that's really how they do it. Not good.

Better make a reservation as the place is small--perhaps only 30 people can comfortably fit. Half the menu is unavailable though. Today, they have no meat.
