This is where the Pret story began: In 1986 College friends, Sinclair and Julian, set up the first Pret shop at this very location. Today we have a lot more shops...and they're all on foursquare!
Good place to pick up a quick bite in the morning before work. Great value for money and the service is awesome. Lunch times can be busy.
The original Pret. Opened in 1986. Friendly staff , great service but small and hence with little seating space
Small and quiet room to eat and drink in peace , to the right side of the counter top
Easy to spend hours here, coffee is great, sandwiches are brilliant.
Snacks , sweets, pastries , coffees - fine quality
Unfortunately the nice lady who used to give me free coffee has left, but it's still a really great place for breakfast .
Staff are great but once in Victorian times a cat was murdered there and it now haunts the surrounding area. At night.
The first PRET A MANGER ever in london

Best place to stay in London. The back is actually a 5* hotel, but you'll need to book months in advance, or know a royal. - rabin
