For starters don't miss the sparkling wine sangria and the wonderful 1905 salad . Then the tapas are great fun to mix and match.

The Mahi Veradero was awesome: a more-than-genrous portion of crab meat , perfect crust, and killer sauce. The scallop tapas were too well done for me but we had a great experience overall.

One of my favorite restaurants in Florida...this is the 4th I have visited...Ybor City , St. Augustine and St. Petersburg the others. Consistently elegant Caribbean and Mediterranean fine dining !

This place is amazing! We came as a family of five and shared their signature salad and a bunch of tapas - Everything! Was! Amazing! GO to Colombia - you will NOT be disappointed!!!

The oldest restaurant in Tampa now has opened in Celebration. Whatever you order get a 1905 salad and a Cigar City beer on the side! You are Welcome.

If you get the 6 top in the back corner ask to be moved. It's a forgotten wasteland where you don't get refills back there. Try the 1905 salad . It has to be the beat salad I have ever had!
