Good spot but gets really busy here and seats are limited.
Try the excellent apple strudel . It's rare to see large chunks of apple in these things.
Hot chocolate comes in dark, white or reg. Go for dark.
In the month of April, medium sized matcha lattes (hot or cold) are only $2 each!!!!!!
