Starbucks

One of the few Starbucks in midtown with plenty of seating! Inside the Empire State Building & just a block from Herald Square so a super convenient location & never out of my fav rainbow unicorn frap

This place is awesome, I can always understand they are constantly busy since its the busiest Starbucks with all the tourist , but their service is awesome!!!!

For the card collector like me, you can get the gift cards for free ( of course doesnt have any money inside the card). The cashier is very friendly .

Service is great! In a bustling, busy place, it felt very personal. Staff were curteous and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Perfect spot for having a conversation or doing donee one work on your laptop. Considering the amount of Macy's visitors, it's not too crowded

The Mobile here is inconsistent and the place is always busy. They do their best tho.

They are pretty friendly here and efficient all considered.

The staff at this location is very friendly ! This is my favorite Starbucks!

Downstairs is a large lounge with a lot of empty seats if you are looking for places to work .

Can be hard to get a seat but it's worth the wait to watch the women fighting over sale purses down below!

Friendly staff .

This location is much less crowded than the one on the mezzanine, and has friendly baristas !

loving how close it is to our headquarters ... we can get coffee & shop on our lunch breaks :)

Only come here if u like waiting for your coffee , getting the wrong order and then having to wait another 20 minutes...only to walk out empty handed...

Overpriced, crowded , routine. Only went in for bathrooms .
