Incredible facility. 3 floors, including a basketball court , spin studios, yoga area, plus the usual gym standards. Lots of locals seem to be in the house on weekdays.

Karen Beck teaches yoga for everyone on Sundays at 9 AM. This truly is yoga for everyone. Don't take yourself too seriously. Karen is amazing and closes with a wonderful thought for the day.
Splash is a great place for a healthy meal and fast service .
