Great Customer Service
Why oh why does the service ALWAYS suck whenever I enter Verizon?! Why?! Why?! It's a common theme in every friggin Verizon store. ALWAYS a long wait , ALWAYS understaffed! #Fail
Bad customer service. Will not help you only if you are willing to pay for it even when one of their employees screw up.
Horrible customer service. 7 employees here and 3 of them are on one computer and 2 are standing around
