Worth the trip out to Canary Warf. I am staying in central London and signed up for a 2 month drop in. Coaches are fantastic and the members super friendly .
Came here really afraid because I didn't know anybody. Inspite of loving my former box, in Brazil, I felt extremally welcomed :) besides, all the coaches are awesome!
