Biscuits are the most southern style I’ve found in Seattle - dense but still tasty. The Big Al (biscuits , gravy , fried egg ) is the best thing I’ve had - the gravy packs some heat...in a great way!
The greatest breakfast sandwich I’ve ever eaten.
We had the Varner, which is Egg , Beecher's Flagship Cheese , Uli's Andouille Sausage , House Peach jam . It was so tasty and can definitely be shared.
Damn, that's a good biscuit sandwich !
