If you need to board your dog for the day or a couple of nights, check out the PetSmart PetsHotel in the very back of the store. Those guys are awesome, not that I'm biased or anything. ;)
If you're lucky, you can generally find a vendor in the store during the day. Ask them about their product and you can usually get coupons to try their product!
