Excellent museum highlighting the life & art of the fascinating Frida Kahlo. The museum is in a very hip & interesting neighborhood . Also don't miss L. Trosky 's museum closeby.
Great museum , make sure to take the video guide . If you want to take pictures inside the museum you need to pay 60 pesos (stupid, in my opinion but worth it).
Awesome museum . The best in CDMX. To avoid long lines ask for the Bus Combo with Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo museums . 130 pesos
A really good museum : the grounds are gorgeous, intimate bits of her life are scattered throughout, and the art is stunning. Make sure to hit Tostadas Coyoacán and Café Avellaneda afterwards!
Expensive but AMAZING! It is a must for sure. Be aware, you must pay 30 extra pesos to be allowed to take pictures inside (rip-off). But still, go and be delighted
Collection of Frida and Diego artwork, as well as lovely peaks into what their decor looked like while living here. Line can get long so maybe look into booking online if you’re short on time
Purchasing tickets in advance on their website will not guarantee entrance for the time you purchased your ticket. You should still arrive early (30-60min) before your scheduled time to wait in line .
You absolutely must buy your tickets online in advance. Each ticket has a time slot (30 minute increments) and you should show up to get in line 10 minutes before your assigned time.
Lines start forming before 10:30am. We got tickets in advance on the internet but it made no difference. Even though we were first group (11am) people buying tickets the day of were let in before us.
Loved the temporary exhibition of her dresses and fashion. But tickets before coming. Come early or stay after to walk around cute Coyoacan. Line up at the museum 10min before. Done in 45-60min.
Pro tip: Buy tickets in advance online so you don't have to wait in line . If there's time, the Leon Trotsky museum is nearby too.

I’ve made the mistake of not buying tickets in advance online. Expect to waste a couple of hours in line . Go get lost around the beautiful little colorful streets of Coyoacan instead :)
The house itself is beautiful, so it is worth taking a book and hanging out in the garden for a bit if it is not very crowded . My favorite part of the exhibition is Frida's dress collection.
A must!!!!! Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo is one of the best love stories ever. Go first to ANAHUACALLI that ticket also includes this museum , so you don't pay twice.
Outstanding! Getting there with Uber is very easy. Make sure to buy your ticket in advance online so that you can skip the massive line out front.
Definitely buy your tickets online. Be prepared for tons of people visiting.
Everyone knows you should visit the Frida Kahlo museum , which happens to be her big, beautiful blue house . After touring Frida's house, head to the Coyoacan market nearby for some tostadas .
Absolutely a must! There is few places in df of that quality! If u from Russia or know its history, go to Trotsky museum few blocks down! Also a must do!
Less about Frida's work and more about her house, clothing , life style and marriage. Line is long to get in so I suggest buying tickets ahead online.
Tickets were impossible, but we were in the area so we walked by to take in the beautiful blue building. Looks like that's all anyone is interested in anyway! Maybe save yourself the trouble!
Really interesting and well preserved. Get the audio guide, and buy tickets online in advance (can do day of)
A bit crowded , but nice place to stop in Coyoacán to learn more about Frida & Diego. We had issues using us credit card to book in advance - hotel had to help.

This blue house is where Frida Kahlo lived, worked and inspired. Her personal diary, sketches and final painting are here, along with works of art by her husband, Diego Rivera.
Book tickets in advance to skip lines - it's about a 30min Uber from the city centre. Make time to go to the nearby Mercado Coyoacan for food before/after.
The audio guide is worth it. Really nice stories of Frida's life as you move from room to room and explore her past.
It was an awesome experience that is a must do for any visit to CD.MX.
A million people. Buy a ticket in advance. Not a whole lot to look at, you can probably go through in less than an hour
Also known as "The Blue House " Josh S recommendation. Per Laura H, its kinda a trek and you should make reservations ahead of time
If you or someone in your group is over 60, you don’t have to wait in *any* of the lines for entry, even if you don’t have tickets in advance.
You can really see her life here. Watch the Nextflix movie to get a good background on Frida. Have to order tix in advance.
Buy your tickets online and skip the long line to get in. It's only an extra 10 pesos
Buy your tickets in advance - it gets packed and you’ll therefore spend a long time in line if you do not already have a ticket
This place has personal items of the artist . Ask for a guided tour , it's highly recommended. You can watch some screenings about Frida every hour.
A must see when in Mexico City . Book online to avoid long lines .
Great museum . For those who love art going to be really interesting.
Must buy tickets online. While you can just show up don't! Often booked . Buy at least 3 days in advance.
The actual Frida exhibit is small and feels quite lacking. The garden area is lovely however. Be warned: it’s an extra MXN$30 to take photos inside.
The line is crazy. Get there in time. Inside it's not that interesting. The pictures on Foursquare with the skeletons are from another museum ...
Buy tickets online or arrive before opening. This is not an accessible museum a lot of stairs.
Very well conserved, friendly staff and great item selection. Also the place is magnificent!!!
Better buy tickets online to pass the line
