They use real shredded Alaskan crab . Seared pepper salmon and lemon salmon signature rolls are delicious and respectful of the ingredients like classic sushi while being interesting. Fish very fresh.
Get the Yellow Mellow special maki ! It's a delicious harmony of mango , salmon and ginger .
