Use the outside fitness facility next to Strength/Conditioning area. Plyo boxes and bumper plates while enjoying the sunshine.
Do you want to rent a locker at JWC? Be prepared to stay in line for *several* hours before the tokens are scheduled to be distributed. This applies to *any* quarter when locker rentals go on sale!
Lockers tend to clear out during the summer, so that's the best time to nab one. No need to wake up at 5am on locker day!
Don't forget about the saunas in the locker rooms ! Great way to relax after a workout and loosen muscles to prevent soreness.
Make sure you come when chopped is on it will triple the length of your normal workout time
Work out in the morning or late at night!
Best days to hoop are Wednesdays and Fridays from 12-5
