Their fruit gelato tastes like the perfect expression of the fruit it's made from. And they use seasonal and local ingredients as much as possible. Think Ontario Peach , Pear , Plum , Gooseberry.
Twist: Vanilla & Mango . Vanilla excellent: good & rich flavour, you could see the specks of vanilla . Mango decent: still good & rich but flavour didn't jump out like vanilla .
The twist seemed uneven: there was more vanilla than mango . The two actually went very well in the same mouthful. The serving is not very big but it's ok for 1 person. $5 includes tax.
