Most, if not all the employees have been part of Ricardo's 30+ years! I'd say Mr. Ricardo is doing something right to have such loyalty.

The food was not great. The red pork carnitas enchiladas wasn't seasoned well . The lobster flautas were really small w/ very little lobster . The taco salad had to much lettuce and not enough meat
They have a lunch time buffet and the Bean Dip is awesome!
Good food. Authentic Mexican...eh! But still left full.
