Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport

Nicole is the best front desk rep ever. And she has Francesca and now Arlene trained to just hand me my key when I walk in the door, I don't even stop, straight to the elevator to my room. Much ❤️

Nice rooms, especially the shower . Complementary water is nice but there's plenty more in the fitness room. Speaking of which, they actually have free weights so another plus.

Low-end as far as Starwood Hotels go. Less experienced high school or college girls at the desk, not a great check-in experience. Free shuttle to the airport is a nice amenity.

The hotel itself is very nice. Very clean and very new looking. However when we were there they were severely understaffed and the person at the front desk was completely inept.

They offer a free shuttle from the airport but you have to call them for it. And you will definitely be happy once you get here! The rooms are really nice

Well .... free wifi .... free water .... gym closed.... $278!! But there was a free parking spot for the night. Great pillows

I especially loved the free bottle of water in the rooms. I was worried that it was a gimmick to get you to pay $4 for a bottle of water. .. but it was FREE!

Paper thin walls and internet that can’t even handle Netflix streaming. I’m going back to a Marriott.
