The groomers are careless and mean. One of them clipped my dogs nail too shot so she yelped and she simply told my dog to "shut up".

Alex, who is a cashier , is incredibly rude and lazy. Avoid her if you can and speak up to the manager Wayne if she's rude to you too. Girl needs to fired.
