Historic Hotel , modern condos in Pacifico tower , great walking beach , excellent staff and location on the south end of Rosarito Beach . Very Safe! Sunset from condo 1711

Beware, they open rooms by mistake very often while you are in your room. Put an extra lock in your door!

Stay in pacifico tower , the rooms/suites are brand new and awesome! Loooving it!!

No happy with the new ownership! We usually eat here and spend a lot on money, but they did not allow our group to renter the hotel from the beach despite paying for parking in their lot.

Great views , small but cool bar . Good breakfast

The hotel is good, but the problem is the customer service... You should know customer service is an experience and I didn't feel it from your employees... A lot of issues with the electronic keys

The one device per room every three days Internet connection policy is a big drawback from staying here

Pet unfriendly...even that we have a small Service dog ...they did not let us get in with him....

Internet is not free... You pay $5 for 24hrs of very poor connection for 1 device . Definitely need to improve this

El desayuno buffet de domingos es lo mejor, está súper completo, hay muchas cosas a un buen precio, aparte es delicioso 😍

Atención primeramente, la playa , las habitaciones y los restaurantes son de primer nivel... muy recomendable...

Playa , restaurant, los locales de arte están excelente y el servicio es muy bueno.

Las habitaciones que están en la Torre norte no son muy buenas, están viejas y descuidadas. Trata de agarrar las más nuevas y aún así el hotel en general de encuentra descuidado. Tiene buen servicio

La "elegante " suite! Nunca vengas! Ve a Tijuana x 500 a un city express , te aseguró es mejor!

Tiene un sistema muy antiguo de reservacion, confirmación, pago y facturación . Son poco flexibles y complicados!

No compren el day pass. Las palapas de playa no incluyen sillas ni camastros.

Aguas en el checkout. Revisen bien su estado de cta. hay cargos sospechosos. Por el precio las habitaciones necesitab mantenimiento.
