Sotto Sopra

Sotto Sopra is a great Italian Restaurant with a superb menu and fantastic staff . It's located on Charles Street only a few blocks from the Inner Harbor & The Charm'tastic Mile.

2nd time here. Still the same quality of food. Very good service . Ribeye steak perfectly cooked the way you want it. Gelato is also good. We had lemon and salted caramel . Goes very well with coffee .

Had the Chicken Confit which was excellent. Service is incredible. Enjoyed it so much I went back the next night. Highly recommend. If I ever visit Baltimore again, it will be a definite stop.

Holds a very romantic atmosphere so it's perfect for dates. The pasta was delicious and the staff was super friendly and professional.

Some of the best calamari I've ever had. I didn't have ravioli , but my entire party recommends it. Also - have the pumpkin gelato , its like eating actual pumpkin pie . So good!

Lovely and classy place , good for nights and dates. The have lunch special (two courses for 18$). i tried the molten chocolate cake , and it was good.

The food was amazing! Literally, everything was good. Especially the ricotta gnocchi . Our waitress was Emily, she was very helpful in choosing our meal. Salted caramel gelato ? Yes, please!

Sotto sopra offers a unique take on italian cuisine . The appetizers are excellent and desserts truly authentic .

The tasting menu is totally worth it because it Makes you choose each amazingly delicious course. And the seafood with squid ink pasta is something I will dream about later.

The food here is the best Italian I've ever had, but be ready to spend a pretty penny (totally worth it). Make sure you try their risottos and don't skip out on dessert !

Truly amazing. Food was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and gracious as well as giving excellent suggestions. I will definitely come back!

Fettuccine with veal Ragu is the winner

Everything here is delicious. Go for the pork and risotto - best thing on the menu!

Their pastas are shockingly memorable, but everything is great. $20ish for entrees, but a fantastic spot for a romantic meal or special night out with a few friends.

You have to try their homemade pastas and the mussels !

Don't skip the bread basket ! Pappardelle and the Risotto of the day are always stellar.
