Laksa is so-so, better go to hawker resto to eat. Order a dish + drink is almost rm20+. Better go to old town where you can get a set meal inclusive of drink for less than that.

Pappa Rich Citta Mall has a bad service especially during peak hours. There are plenty of workers, but everyone is trying to avoid doing work!

Service starts to improve a bit, with the boss walking around to talk to customers. Staff has no choice but to buck up.

The problem is, the owner don't care. He still has plenty of customers who still patronize his outlet. I definitely WILL NOT go there anymore.

Waited half an hour ,food not served and finally being told the food u ordered is finished. Ordered one meal for having there and take away . Take away food was ready. :( wont go this branch again.

Saying that the chicken rice here tastes like shit would be a lie, as I've not tasted shit before. But if I've had, I'm sure it would taste quite the same.

By 10pm, almost everything is out of order.

all foods were reheated. roti naan was microwaved heated. rice already keras evidence of loong time cook already. curry mee is ok.

Wifi here is suck! Big time! Try using my laptop "no network access" or "no internet access". Ask the waiter they said no problem. Tried connect with my HP, "network lost"!
