I've been here multiple times. No problem. new 180 flavor fountain machines. The chili was Loaded with beef . Grilled chix sand & service good. It's been clean every time & still looks new inside & out

came back to this awesome #Wendys location. They are super fast! My lunch was ready before the transaction concluded. ????

Those bad tips must be old place idea remodeled and they bring your food out to you! Nice staff too!

I understand the "management comment" Once there were 4 sitting in dinning room having a meeting that sounded like a bitch session from one lady. They spoke to no one & seemed pissed off at the world.

such service.. richmond virginia doesn't have a store like this

I ate here today and had no complaints. Food was hot and fresh, and my wait time wasn't really a wait at all. I have no complaints.

Check ur drivethru order before you leave

There is not one time that I have been to the drive thru that they don't ask me to pull up and wait, min time 10mins. They really don't have any pride in their work here.

This Wendy's is horrible. The service is bad and the place is filthy.

Do not go here.they play wayyyyy tooooo much and forget customers.and the place is filthy!!!!!!!!!

Don't eat here! Service is poor and management sucks.
